Principal Solicitor
May is a highly experienced solicitor with over five years of post-admission practice and a Bachelor of Laws from the University of New South Wales. She has a diverse legal background in migration law, as well as litigation, and wills & estates, providing strategic and practical solutions for complex matters.
Admitted to the Supreme Court of New South Wales and the High Court of Australia, May is also a member of the Migration Institute of Australia (MIA), reflecting her commitment to professional standards and excellence in migration law.
With extensive international experience and a deep understanding of multicultural client needs, she combines professional expertise with an empathetic, client-focused approach. Fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin, May ensures clients feel supported and confident throughout their migration or legal journey.
Kashif Khan
Education Director
Kashif is an experienced Education Director with a strong background in advising students and families on study pathways, course selection, and enrolment processes. He draws on extensive professional experience, including work with the Hong Kong Judiciary and the NSW Department of Communities & Justice, giving him a deep understanding of regulatory frameworks, compliance, and administrative processes - skills highly relevant to navigating complex education systems.
Fluent in English, Urdu, Punjabi and Hindi, Kashif combines his expertise with a culturally informed and client-focused approach, ensuring personalised guidance for each student.
